Job Description:   Works closely with the VP-Home Décor to evaluate the feasibility of product concepts and determine the appropriate pricing and market potential. Conducts product and market research to determine the economic feasibility of potential new product categories. Communicates in depth with employees of our affiliate company and manufacturers in China to determine alternative product attributes and related production costs, the costs and pricing under various pricing and resulting volume options (taking into account the fixed and variable nature of such costs), product development options and manufacturing capabilities. Prepares reports based on findings including economic cost analyses, logistical considerations, comprehensive fulfillment costs and requirements. Collects and processes economic and statistical data using econometric and sampling techniques as appropriate.
